Born April 25, Oladeinde Fajana, popularly addressed as ModeF is unarguably one of the longest-serving artiste managers in contemporary Nigerian Music Industry and also one of the project manager in the power and construction industry in Nigeria . He actually started out as a singer and music videos director and co-founded Coded Tunes with his bosom friend cum singer -producer, ID Cabassa. ModeF helped in steering the careers of the label’s early acts, 2Phat and Spaco, and later, Lord Of Ajasa, to mainstream acceptance and profitability. An Economics graduate from the University of Lagos, his biggest break came as 9ice’s manager, with whom he toured the world, winning laurels, packing concert halls and signing fat cheques along the way.

Upon leaving Alapomeji Records, Ola who also has a degree in English Language from the University of Ibadan, was quickly snapped up by Trybe Records as Artiste & Repertoire Manager in charge of artistes which included Eldee , Sheyman, Eva, K9, Sarz, Sojay etc

He has been involved in so many tours and concerts both national and international , amongst which is the very successful BGV concert held 2012 at the Eko Hotel and the 90th Birthday celebration of Nelson Mandela held at Hyde park in London. Blesses with a good wife three kids, cool and calm Deinde can serve as Artiste Relations, Stage Manager, Road Manager and Events Manager Oladeinde recently supervised the construction of a multi-billion naira independent power project in Lekki-Lagos. He is at the moment supervising the construction of a 4.3MW independent power project in Illupeju-Lagos and a 7MW independent power plant in Abeokuta – Ogun State.
